What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCart and Discover),
Mail, Phone and Fax. [Top]
Can I order by mail? Can I pay with a check?
You can order by mail. When you check out select payment by Mail. The order confirmation
page and email will give you instructions for sending in your payment.
We do not accept personal checks, mail orders must be paid with a money order. [Top]
Do you accept online checks?
No, we do not. [Top]
Do you accept PayPal?
No, we do not. PayPal will not accept transactions for adult products.
Unless they change their policy, we will never be able to accept payment
by PayPal. [Top]
Can I have my order shipped C.O.D.?
No, we do not ship by C.O.D. We must receive full payment for an order
before we will process it. [Top]
Is your packaging discrete?
Yes, all our shipments are sent in plain boxes with no indication of the
contents, and our site name does not appear on the package. [Top]
What if I don't want to use my credit card
number over the Internet?
You can pay by Mail, Fax or Phone without entering your
credit card information on our web site. [Top]
I live outside the USA. Can you ship to my country?
We can't ship to you directly. Our merchant bank account does not allow us to ship outside the USA.
However, we have partnered with International Checkout
to process orders for our international customers, as well as for APO/FPO addresses. When you're ready to check
out, look for the "International Check Out" link at the upper right corner of the page.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?
We email you the tracking information for each shipment as soon as our
supplier sends it to us. We usually get tracking numbers the day after the
order is shipped. [Top]
I ordered five items, but I only got three.
Where's the rest of my order?
We frequently have to split an order between two or more suppliers, so the
rest of your order may be in a separate shipment. Please refer to the
order confirmation message that we sent you. It tells you how many
individual shipments you will be receiving, and what items are in each
shipment.
If you receive an individual shipment that does not contain all of the
items that we said it would, it's possible that the missing items are out
of stock. Our suppliers usually let us know when something is back
ordered, but sometimes they forget to tell us. So if an individual
shipment is incomplete, email us and let us know. [Top]
